National Authority for Digital Certification

External Cooperation

External Cooperation Management

Since its inception, the National Electronic Certification Authority has sought to create external cooperation and partnerships focused on digital transformation, investment in the digital economy, fostering innovation and talent, and monitoring global developments in electronic Certification. It considers the Sustainable Development Goals to transfer knowledge and expertise, localize knowledge, and qualify and develop young talents to contribute to establishing a national base of expertise in this advanced sector. External cooperation is a key pillar in driving the development and growth of the sector.

Achieving the desired cooperation at the international level cannot be facilitated without the necessary collaboration among all decision-making entities. This must also be done through a wide range of initiatives in both planning and practical application. Hence, the National Electronic Certification Authority continues to pursue a constructive cooperation approach with various stakeholders and relevant parties at all national, regional, and international levels, as well as with institutions and organizations worldwide.

Bilateral relations are one of the most important means of international cooperation in today's world. No country, in an era of openness, can operate in isolation from interaction with the world, which could negatively affect its opportunities for progress and development towards achieving sustainable development. Balanced bilateral relations, however, create numerous advantages and opportunities at all political, economic, and developmental levels.

From this perspective, the Authority is open to balanced bilateral relations and seeks to deepen them with various Arab, African, European, and Asian countries, using all available tools and mechanisms to enhance bilateral cooperation through the signing of bilateral agreements, memoranda of understanding, bilateral meetings at various levels, joint committees, and partnerships, guided by a vision and approach that serves the national interest.
